Job summary

AIOS seeks a data-driven CRO Experimentation Lead to own end-to-end testing pipelines for a globally scalable ecommerce platform. You will ideate, QA, and manage tests, structure hypotheses, and coordinate Growth Engineers and Designers to maintain momentum.

Remote-first role supporting UK and EU markets; expect rigorous analysis of test results, weekly reporting, and close collaboration with analytics and product teams to optimize paid acquisition and conversion.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience running hundreds of experiments for DTC ecommerce brands.
• Proven track record of managing dozens of simultaneous tests in high-transaction environments.
• Hands-on experience owning the full testing lifecycle without relying solely on agencies.
• Deep understanding of the ad-to-landing-page handoff and its impact on paid efficiency.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dig into segments and user behavior.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end CRO pipeline including ideation, QA, project management, and test analysis
• Develop and prioritize a roadmap of high-quality hypotheses based on analytics and session data
• Structure clean experiments with clear hypotheses, primary metrics, and guardrails
• Perform rigorous statistical analysis on test results to determine winners and losers
• Coordinate Growth Engineers and Designers to ensure momentum and unblock builds
• Own weekly reporting on shipments, wins, and key learnings
