Qualitykiosk Technologies is seeking an experienced Test Manager – CRM to lead end-to-end testing across CRM platforms, ensuring quality and governance for complex enterprise programs.

The role requires strong expertise in CRM business processes, stakeholder management, and release readiness, with responsibility for onsite and offshore teams and comprehensive test strategy development.

Competenze

• 12+ years of QA and Testing experience, with CRM focus.
• Experience leading CRM implementation, enhancement, migration, transformation programs.
• Strong governance, risk management and delivery leadership in complex enterprises.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end testing for CRM implementations and enhancements.
• Own testing quality, governance, planning, execution, reporting and release sign-off.
• Define test strategies, plans, roadmaps and estimation models.
• Manage resource allocation across onsite and offshore teams.
• Ensure coverage of business requirements, integrations and data validation.
• Drive defect management and quality assurance throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
