Qualifications

• 2+ years of UAE banking experience, preferably in card or loan product sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record in sales and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on credit card and loan products, including features, benefits, and application processes.
• Consult with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate card and loan solutions.
• Drive sales of card and loan products, meeting or exceeding targets.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting card and loan products.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve product features and customer experience.
• Analyze sales data and client feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies and materials for card and loan products.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve client queries or issues.
• Contribute to the training and development of junior team members.
