Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Cost Manager in Dubai to oversee and manage project costs across the lifecycle of construction and real estate development projects. You will support cost leadership, lead bids, and steer teams for profitability while ensuring rigorous cost control.

Role requires a strong background in cost management, consultancy/PMC experience, and proficiency with CostX and MS Office. Join a global real estate leader shaping the future of work and living spaces.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
Minimum 10 years of cost management experience on construction projects.
Consultancy/PMC experience in the last 5 years.
Masterplan villa development experience.
High-value project experience (AED 1 billion+).
RICS membership with a minimum of 10 years.
Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office suite.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

Provide support to cost and commercial leadership in the delivery of pre and post‑contract services.
Manage projects standalone dealing with clients and taking ownership for delivery.
Lead bids with new and existing clients.
Manage team resources ensuring coverage for projects and profitability.
Use CostX, Excel and other Microsoft Office programmes to an advanced level.
Work pre contract including; reviewing BOQs, handling tender query responses, and input into value engineering at each design stage.
Post contract: contract administration, site walks with project teams, cash flow reports, monthly payment recommendations, and weekly dashboards for variations and claims.
