Job summary

JLL is seeking an Associate Director of Cost Management for Fit Out in the UAE. The role leads a team delivering cost management services across fit-out projects, overseeing both pre- and post-contract delivery, managing client relationships and contributing to business development.

You will provide expert cost advice throughout the project lifecycle and help grow the cost management service line within the fit-out sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in quantity surveying, construction management or related field.
• Professional membership in relevant orgs (e.g. RICS, AACE) preferred.
• 10+ years in cost management with focus on fit-out projects.
• Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale fit-out schemes.
• Experience in team management and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a cost management team across multiple fit-out projects.
• Define and implement the business strategy for the fit-out cost management service line.
• Lead BD initiatives, identify opportunities, and contribute to client presentations.
• Mentor cost managers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as primary contact for assigned accounts.
• Deliver cost planning, estimating, value engineering, procurement advice and contract administration.
