Job summary

Penspen is seeking a Senior Cost Estimation Engineer for a PMC role supporting a major gas onshore project in Abu Dhabi. The position is site-based and requires senior-level expertise. You will lead cost estimation activities for oil & gas/LNG projects, work in PMC/EPC environments, and manage MTOs, BOQs, and cost controls in line with international standards.

ADNOC project experience is preferred. Strong collaboration with engineering and project controls teams is expected to ensure accurate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in cost estimation within oil & gas / LNG projects.
• Strong experience in PMC or EPC environments.
• Proven experience with large-scale upstream, offshore, or LNG projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost estimation activities for oil & gas / LNG projects within PMC environments.
• Prepare estimates and quantify costs for project controls, budgeting, and risk assessment.
• Ensure alignment with international standards and ADNOC expectations or preferred ADNOC experience.
