Job summary

Penspen is urgently seeking a Senior Engineer - Planning & Cost Control (Offshore) in Abu Dhabi to support offshore PMC projects. The role centers on scheduling, cost control, and reporting for brownfield works.

Required are 15+ years in planning and cost control in oil & gas, with at least 5+ years offshore. Proficiency in Primavera P6, SAP, and Excel is essential, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in project planning and cost control in oil & gas, offshore exposure.
• 5+ years in offshore projects mandatory.
• PMC experience preferred.
• ADNOC project experience would be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of planning and cost control tools (Primavera P6, SAP, Excel).
• Excellent understanding of project lifecycle, budgeting, and earned value management.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules for offshore brownfield works (WHTs, subsea cables, and piping)
• Prepare baseline schedules and track progress against plan, identifying deviations and recovery actions
• Perform cost estimation, budgeting, and monitoring for brownfield modifications

Requirements
