Job summary

Penspen Ltd in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Cost Estimation Engineer for a PMC role on a major gas onshore project. You will lead cost estimation activities, develop MTOs/BOQs, and ensure cost control compliance in line with ADNOC standards.

The role is site-based in Abu Dhabi, requiring extensive experience in oil & gas cost estimation and coordination with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 15 years in cost estimation within oil & gas / LNG projects.
• Experience in PMC or EPC environments.
• Proven experience in large-scale upstream, offshore, or LNG projects.
• Strong knowledge of MTOs, BOQs and cost control principles.
• Familiarity with international standards and industry practices.
• ADNOC projects experience preferred.
