Job summary

Penspen is seeking a Senior Cost Estimation Engineer for a PMC role to support a major gas onshore project in Abu Dhabi. The position is site-based in Abu Dhabi.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 15+ years in cost estimation within oil & gas or LNG, and strong PMC/EPC experience on large-scale projects. Familiarity with MTOs, BOQs, international standards, and ADNOC projects is preferred.

• 15+ years in cost estimation for oil & gas / LNG projects.
• Strong PMC or EPC experience.
• Experience with large-scale upstream, offshore, or LNG projects.

Minimum Requirements
