Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of dedicated project cost control experience in civil, commercial building, or large-scale infrastructure construction projects.
• Ability to establish baseline budgets from tender, contracts, and WBS/CBS structures.
• Proficiency with EVM, CVR, CPI, SPI, and cost forecasting methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Budget establishment and breakdown based on tender calculations and WBS/CBS.
• Cost tracking and variance analysis for site costs, materials, and labor.
• Perform CPI/SPI analyses and generate EAC and ETC reports.
• Manage monthly cash flow forecasts and reconcile site expenditures with finance.
• Review change orders, variation claims, and subcontractor invoices for financial impact.
• Audit subcontractor payments and supplier invoices prior to approvals.
• Produce monthly CVR, financial progress reports, and risk dashboards.
