The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, Finance, or related field, with 3+ years in cost control in construction/engineering.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain cost control systems for budgets and expenditures.
• Analyze project data and variances to drive cost efficiency and performance.
• Establish cost baselines and track progress against them.
• Prepare comprehensive cost reports with key metrics and forecasts.
• 3+ years of cost control experience in construction/engineering.
• CCP or PMP certifications are desirable.
