GINCO Cont. Co. LLC in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Cost Control Engineer to lead cost control for major civil building projects in Sharjah.

You will oversee cost tracking, budgeting and forecasting and present variance analyses to management, collaborating with project, planning and commercial teams. Ideal candidates have 10+ years UAE/GCC experience in cost control within civil contracting, strong analytical and reporting skills, proficiency in cost control systems and MS Excel, and

Qualifications

10+ years UAE/GCC experience in cost control within civil contracting.
Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
Proficiency in cost control systems and MS Excel.
Experience on large-scale building construction projects.
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Finance, Civil Engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

Oversee project cost tracking, budgeting and forecasting activities.
Prepare and present cost reports and variance analysis to management.
Coordinate with project, planning and commercial teams on cost matters.
Review subcontractor and supplier invoices against budgeted costs.
Identify and escalation cost risks and overruns proactively.
Support audits and financial reviews as required.
