You will oversee cost tracking, budgeting and forecasting and present variance analyses to management, collaborating with project, planning and commercial teams. Ideal candidates have 10+ years UAE/GCC experience in cost control within civil contracting, strong analytical and reporting skills, proficiency in cost control systems and MS Excel, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years UAE/GCC experience in cost control within civil contracting.
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
• Proficiency in cost control systems and MS Excel.
• Experience on large-scale building construction projects.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Finance, Civil Engineering or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Oversee project cost tracking, budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Prepare and present cost reports and variance analysis to management.
• Coordinate with project, planning and commercial teams on cost matters.
• Review subcontractor and supplier invoices against budgeted costs.
• Identify and escalation cost risks and overruns proactively.
• Support audits and financial reviews as required.
