Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC is seeking an experienced Cost Controller in the UAE to lead project cost control efforts on major civil contracting projects. You will develop and maintain budgets, produce monthly forecasts, and perform variance analysis to support management decisions.

The role requires 10+ years UAE/GCC cost control experience, advanced Excel skills, and a track record on large-scale building projects. UAE residence visa and medical insurance are part of the package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years UAE/GCC experience in cost control within civil contracting.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting skills.
• Advanced proficiency in cost control software and MS Excel.
• Experience on large-scale building construction projects.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Finance, Civil Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project cost control systems and budgets.
• Lead monthly cost reporting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Review and validate subcontractor and supplier cost data.
• Advise project management on cost risks and mitigation strategies.
• Support commercial close out and final account preparation.
• Mentor junior cost control staff.
