Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review material takeoffs, drawings, and contract documents for complex infrastructure projects.
• Prepare detailed system and work component breakdowns for comprehensive cost estimates.
• Analyze contract modifications and scope changes for cost implications.
• Validate unit rates, quantities, labor, and equipment cost allocations.
• Maintain and update historical cost databases and benchmarking standards.
