Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all project controls functions including planning, scheduling, cost management, risk control, and performance reporting.
• Develop and maintain master schedules integrating multiple project packages and identifying critical interdependencies.
• Review and approve contractor baseline schedules in accordance with contract conditions and recommended practices.
• Monitor progress updates, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions or recovery plans.
• Conduct time impact analysis, window analysis, and extension of time evaluations for delay claims.
• Manage change control processes and assess the impact of variations on time and cost.
• Maintain and update risk registers, facilitating structured risk workshops with client and contractor teams.
• Prepare detailed monthly progress reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Coordinate with client representatives, contractors, and consultants to resolve scheduling and performance issues.
• Issue formal delay notifications and performance alerts where necessary.
• Supervise and mentor planning engineers, ensuring high technical standards.
• Promote automation and digital reporting tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Ideal Profile
