Target Engineering and Construction Co. LLC is seeking an experienced Cost Control Engineer to join our project controls team in the UAE.

The role focuses on monitoring, forecasting, and controlling project costs to ensure budget compliance and optimal resource utilization across large-scale EPC projects. You will provide cost visibility, support project decisions, mitigate financial risks, and contribute to successful project delivery within approved budgets within a dynamic, multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Cost Control, Project Controls, or Project Cost Management.
• Experience on large-scale Oil & Gas, Civil, or Power projects.
• CCP certification preferred; degree in engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project budgets and forecasts.
• Track expenditures and cost performance against budget; identify variances.
• Update forecasts after changes; communicate cost implications to stakeholders.
• Prepare Cost-to-Complete, variance analyses, cash-flow forecasts, and cost reports.
• Maintain cost databases and support risk assessments and mitigation.
