A leading regional consultancy is seeking a Senior Associate / Director of Cost Management to join its executive leadership team in the UAE. This position is responsible for directing technical cost management operations, overseeing large-scale real estate and infrastructure portfolios, and steering regional commercial governance strategies. The successful candidate will lead client relationship management, drive business development opportunities, implement risk management protocols, and supervise value engineering initiatives to ensure delivery excellence across complex, multi-disciplinary developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for cost management services and commercial governance across assigned regional markets.
• Manage high-value client accounts, project utilization rates, and resource allocation to meet delivery milestones.
• Direct cost planning, benchmarking, contingency planning, risk assessments, and value engineering throughout all project phases.
• Formulate project setup strategies, scope definitions, and technical advisory frameworks for large-scale developments.
