Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience, 10+ years desirable.
• Experience in cost management/quantity surveying in consultancy.
• Experience in both pre-contract and post-contract services.
• CostX experience desirable.
• MRICS preferred or working towards chartership.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

An established international cost consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join its growing Riyadh team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious quantity surveying professional to work on a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects across the Middle East.

The successful candidate will have experience across both pre-contract and post-contract cost management services and will be looking to develop their career within a collaborative and professional consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities
