Job summary

Mubadala is seeking a seasoned financial controller for its Abu Dhabi team to support corporate reporting, budgeting and governance across platforms and non-investment entities. The role involves planning cycles, variance analysis and consolidations, with responsibility for ICFR controls and outsourced accounting operations.

You will collaborate with Platforms/Units, ensure timely month-end close, and provide senior management with data-driven insights and analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business administration.
• Qualified accountant holding a recognised professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CA, or CPA).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion and Oracle EPM (or equivalent ERP and planning systems).

Responsibilities

• Assist in management reporting, budgeting and variance analysis across Platforms/Units.
• Coordinate with outsourcing providers for bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets and cash management.
• Support ICFR reviews and maintain control evidence across areas of responsibility.
• Prepare monthly reporting packs and provide insights to management.
