Job summary

HUMAN-CRAFT -FZCO in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Controller to lead financial controlling, budgeting, and reporting for its international trading operations. You will work under the Head of Budgeting and Controlling, collaborating with Trading, Treasury and Accounting to ensure high-quality reporting and strong financial discipline across the business.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in finance with strong Excel, IFRS knowledge, and familiarity with ERP/trading systems;

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, audit, or controlling.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting concepts.
• Excel expertise with formulas, pivots; Power Query is a plus.
• English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly and quarterly closing processes.
• Prepare management reports, KPIs, and variance analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasts, and cost item calculations.
• Coordinate with Trading, Treasury, and Accounting teams.
