Job summary

Achuman Capital Limited is seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor to join its M&A and Private Equity practice in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. You will lead complex transactions, draft essential documents, supervise due diligence, and coordinate closings across the Middle East.

The role emphasizes managing client relationships, engaging in business development, and delivering high-quality corporate services. Outstanding academics and 5-10 PQE are required.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law.
• Strong background in M&A, private equity and corporate services.
• Outstanding academic record and strong numerical/legal reasoning.
• Technically excellent with precise drafting and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to engage in BD activities and build client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-border M&A and private equity transactions.
• Draft and negotiate key transaction documents.
• Oversee due diligence, disclosure exercises and closings.

We are working with a top-tier international law firm who are seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor to join their M&A and Private Equity team within their Dubai or Abu Dhabi office.

The Role

The successful candidate will join a Band 1 Corporate Services practice, working on a range of M&A and Private Equity transactions across the Middle East. The candidate will lead and manage global transactions, drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, and managing due diligence and disclosure exercises and closings.

The candidate will play a key role in supporting companies in all stages of their lifecycle, acting for many high-value investments. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to get involved in business development initiatives, while managing client relationships.

• 5-10 PQE;
