Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join the Commercial Legal team in the Middle East, principally supporting UAE and regional customers. The role is based in Dubai and requires strong experience in UAE and cross-border technology contracting, privacy, and AI regulation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PQE, a Master’s degree (LLM a plus), and is fluent in English and Arabic. This in-house or private practice role emphasizes collaboration across departments and public procurement

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified lawyer with substantial UAE law and commercial contracting knowledge.
• Minimum 5-year PQE in a reputable law firm or in-house counsel in the Middle East, supporting IT contracts and public procurements.
• Experience advising on cloud computing, data privacy, AI, and IP laws; strong drafting and negotiation skills in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Advise on UAE and Middle East laws, aligning contracts with policy and growth goals.
• Draft, negotiate, and advise on strategic technology service agreements with customers and partners.
• Provide ongoing legal counsel on cloud-based and on-prem services; coordinate with privacy, security, and compliance teams.
