Job summary

AL TAIF is seeking aContracts/Procurement professional in Abu Dhabi to lead procurement processes, prepare contracts, and manage supplier relationships. The role focuses on defining SOWs, issuing ITT/RFP/RFQ, and coordinating with finance and operations to ensure compliant execution.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in contracts/procurement, strong English communication, and proficiency with ERP and MS Office. UAE driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, contracts management or related field is required.
• Professional certificates in contracts/procurement are preferred.
• At least five (5) years of experience in contracts/purchasing are required.
• Excellent MS Office skills and ERP system proficiency are expected.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements with requesters and end users to define procurement/contract scopes of work.
• Lead pre-bid conferences and issue ITT, RFP and RFQ to vendors with evaluations.
• Prepare final contractual instruments including POs, BPAs and SMA with required documents.
• Support cradle-to-grave procurement activities and vendor negotiations and closeout.
• Coordinate with finance and other departments on contracts/subcontracts and track status.
