Job summary

A leading property management firm in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Specialist – Contracts & KPI to manage supplier performance, ensure contract compliance, and monitor KPIs within a complex operational environment. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of relevant experience and expertise in data analysis, reporting, and contract governance. Responsibilities include developing performance scorecards, auditing performance data, and ensuring effective communication across teams. Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in contract management or supplier performance monitoring.
• Experience in large-scale, complex operational environments.
• Proven experience in performance reporting, data analysis, and KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier performance monitoring frameworks.
• Develop and maintain supplier performance scorecards and dashboards.
• Monitor supplier compliance with contractual obligations.
• Prepare detailed performance reports for management.
• Act as a key user for CAFM/CMMS/ERP systems.
