You'll collaborate with the Asset Management Contracts Team, manage contract variations, and ensure compliance with company policies, with a focus on risk management and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, contract management, property or facilities management.
• 5+ years in relevant management roles with increasing responsibility.
• MS Office including Presentations and MS Projects expert.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with Asset Management Contracts Team to deliver best value and governance.
• Develop clear SLAs and KPIs for contracts and services.
• Facilitate contract variations and TPS management with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with policies for each site and contract.
• Report on financial and operational performance with dashboards and templates.
• Develop asset lifecycle reporting, CAPEX vs OPEX considerations.
• Support contract negotiations and SLA/KPI development.
• Review supplier performance and contract documentation for compliance.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, private panel development, and DLP tracking.
