Job summary

AECOM is seeking a senior professional to oversee the delivery and financial performance of a major project in Dubai. You will act as the Workbench Project Director, aligning with client goals and internal standards while leading project services for robust control and reporting.

You will build strong client relationships across all phases, identify opportunities for additional work, and drive proposals, variations, and contract negotiations with a focus on profitability and timely cash

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or Business Administration or related field required.
• Typically 12–15 years post-undergraduate experience in complex contract negotiations and claims resolutions.
• Outstanding negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing teams.
• Proficiency in contract management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery and financial performance of the project.
• Act as Workbench Project Director ensuring alignment with client goals and internal standards.
• Lead project services using Workbench and other systems for project control and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across all project phases.
• Identify opportunities to secure additional work from existing clients.
