Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in built environment; international accreditation preferred.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience managing design/projects in construction, real estate or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre‑contract design phase activities including scope, feasibility and design coordination.
• Analyze design proposals for compliance with requirements, regulations, and standards.
• Develop project plans, budgets and schedules for design phase with risks and mitigations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants and vendors.
• Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular progress updates.
• Prepare and review contract documents, specifications and tender packages.
