Job summary

EDGE Group PJSC in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a CRC Senior Engineer for POWERTECH propulsion programs. The role covers end-to-end lifecycle management from pre-contract to in-service support, ensuring customer needs are translated into clear objectives and development paths.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in turbofan propulsion, aerospace, or complex engineered systems.
• Solid understanding of turbofan architectures, performance drivers and road maps.
• Experience in program management and program leadership.
• Exposure to customers, OEMs, authorities, or large-scale development programs.
• Knowledge of verification and validation, airworthiness and certification frameworks (FAA Part 33, 21, CS-E, CS-25).
• High customer orientation and business mindset.
• Strong product vision understanding and relationship/contract management.
• Ability to analyze and structure complex information into actionable decisions under pressure.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment across engineering, manufacturing, MRO, supply chain, and commercial teams.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports contract establishment and negotiation with customers and OEM partners.
• Translates contractual clauses into actionable requirements, ensuring alignment with scope, commitments and delivery obligations.
• Monitor contract compliance throughout the program lifecycle with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate interfaces between OEM partners and Platform Customers, defining and managing these interfaces.
• Coordinate workshops and reviews.
• Capture and consolidate customer requirements and mission needs, translating them into product specifications and engineering requirements; ensure traceability.
