Job summary

EDGE is seeking a Senior CRC Engineer to ensure end-to-end consistency and traceability of contractual commitments for turbofan propulsion systems. You will translate customer needs into clear product objectives and act as the voice of the customer with OEM partners, guiding roadmap deployment from pre-contract to in-service support.

In this role, you will coordinate interfaces between OEMs and platform customers, manage requirements traceability, and ensure regulatory and internal quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience within turbofan propulsion, aerospace, or other complex engineered systems.
• Solid understanding of turbofan architectures (turbofan, modules, sub-systems and their integration constraints).
• Experience in program management, program leadership, system approach.

Responsibilities

• Supports contract establishment and negotiation with customers and OEM partners.
• Translates contractual clauses into actionable requirements with alignment to scope and delivery obligations.
• Monitors contract compliance across the program lifecycle and related departments.
