Job summary

EDGE, headquartered in the United Arab Emirates and based in Abu Dhabi, seeks a CRC Senior Engineer within POWERTECH to drive end‑to‑end consistency of contractual commitments and customer requirements for turbofan propulsion programs.

The role translates needs into clear product objectives, supports lifecycle execution, and interfaces with platform customers and OEM partners to ensure traceability and compliance across engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in turbofan propulsion or complex engineered systems.
• Solid turbofan architectures understanding and integration constraints.
• Experience in program management and a system‑level approach.
• Exposure to customers, OEMs, authorities, or large programs.
• Knowledge of V&V and certification frameworks (FAA Part 33, 21, CS-E, CS-25).

Responsibilities

• Supports contract establishment and negotiation with customers and OEM partners.
• Translates contracts into actionable requirements for technical scope and delivery.
• Monitors contract compliance through program lifecycle and related departments.
• Coordinates interfaces between OEM partners and Platform Customers; defines collaboration processes.
• Coordinates workshops and reviews.
• Captures and consolidates customer requirements into product specifications; ensures traceability.
