Job summary

Dubai Media Council in Dubai is seeking a Senior Executive Content Review to lead advanced classification and regulatory assessment of audiovisual content across TV, OTT, film, gaming, publishing, and digital platforms.

You will mentor Executive Content Review colleagues, coordinate with Legal Oversight, Compliance, and Policy teams, and refine methodologies to resolve complex cases while ensuring audit-ready documentation and adherence to UAE cultural and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in editorial review, content classification, regulatory compliance, or media content production
• Demonstrated experience handling complex or escalated classification cases
• Exposure to film, gaming, OTT, or digital ecosystems required
• Experience reviewing AI-generated or synthetic media is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Translate the Content Review strategy into day-to-day execution for complex and escalated cases
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Executive Content Review colleagues to ensure consistent application of standards
• Prepare metrics, insights, and trend analyses for monthly KPI reporting
• Support the Head of Content Review in identifying gaps in workflows, tools, and classification criteria
• Conduct advanced review of complex, sensitive, or precedent-setting audiovisual content using federal and local guidelines
• Make first-level determinations on escalated cases involving sensitive content and cultural issues
• Maintain a precedent library to ensure consistency across the team and support future decision-making
• Document classification decisions with detailed justification for audit readiness
• Apply AI content detection tools, metadata analysis, and provenance checks to identify synthetic content
• Coordinate with Legal Oversight and Policy teams on cases requiring legal interpretation
