The role anchors a senior technical review function, coordinating with Compliance, Legal, and Policy teams while ensuring high standards of accuracy and defensible decisions.

The candidate should have at least 5 years in content review or media regulation, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field,

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in content review, editorial compliance, media regulation, classification, or related fields.
Experience handling complex or sensitive content review matters.
Certification in content classification, digital governance, or editorial compliance preferred

Responsibilities

Implement the operational requirements for Content Review in line with strategy, vision and goals.
Collaborate with the Content Review team to ensure on-time delivery across mediums, channels and platforms.
Provide metrics and supporting documents to the Head of Content Review for monthly KPI reports.
Review complex submissions to ensure classification decisions comply with regulatory requirements and approved frameworks.
Provide advisory input to the Head of Content Review on cases needing regulatory interpretation or policy-level decisions.
Support AI-assisted review tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor workflows, allocate work, and escalate bottlenecks to maintain service levels.
