Job Purpose
The Chief Executive Content Review is responsible for conducting advanced content reviews and supporting classification decisions across a wide range of regulated media formats, including publications, films, TV, OTT/streaming, audio, podcasts, gaming, digital platforms, social media, AI-generated content, synthetic media, and emerging formats. The role acts as the senior technical reviewer within the Content Review function, handling complex, high-risk, and precedent-setting cases and applying advanced regulatory judgment in line with approved standards and frameworks.
Key Accountabilities
- Review and classify complex, sensitive, high-risk, and escalated content across multiple media formats and platforms.
- Apply approved classification standards and regulatory requirements consistently and accurately.
- Provide recommendations on borderline, unusual, or precedent-setting content cases.
- Document classification decisions and supporting rationale in a clear and defensible manner.
- Review AI-generated, synthetic, manipulated, and emerging content formats and identify potential regulatory risks.
- Conduct quality checks and peer reviews to maintain consistency and accuracy across content review decisions.
- Provide technical guidance to Content Review colleagues and support the development of reviewer capabilities.
- Support the onboarding and training of new content reviewers.
- Monitor content review workloads, identify operational issues, and support workflow improvements.
- Provide advisory input to the Head of Content Review on cases requiring regulatory interpretation or policy-level decisions.
