KPMG Lower Gulf Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager for Internal Audit and ICOFR with 6–7 years of experience. This role involves managing multiple engagements, mentoring teams, and driving efficiency in service delivery within the Financial Services sector.

Arabic is a plus. Advanced MS Office skills and strong English communication are essential. The role requires leadership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management in a consulting or financial institution setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy or related field or equivalent.
• CIA/CA/ACCA/CISA/CFE/CRMA/BCM/CCGP qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 6–7 years of experience in Internal Audit, ICOFR, ERM, Corporate Governance, or Internal Audit Quality Assurance Reviews.

Responsabilités

• Manage and monitor multiple engagements and teams to deliver on time and with quality.
• Train and update teams on regulatory changes and trends in Financial Services clients.
• Lead initiatives to increase efficiency in service delivery (digital shift, standardization of workpapers).
• Support risk management and client engagement procedures including client acceptance and continuance.
