Protiviti Middle East Member Firm in the UAE is seeking an experienced advisory professional to independently lead significant engagements, manage senior client relationships and contribute to practice and account growth.

The candidate should combine strong technical credibility with mature commercial judgment and leadership capability, with UAE/GCC market experience and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams from planning through reporting.

Formación

• Significant experience in Internal Audit, Risk, Governance, Controls or GRC advisory.
• Experience in professional-services, consulting or advisory practice.
• Meaningful UAE/GCC market and client experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex engagements from planning through reporting.
• Executive-level communication with governance stakeholders.

An experienced advisory professional with a strong professional-services track record who can independently lead significant engagements, manage senior client relationships and contribute to practice and account growth.

The individual should combine strong technical credibility with mature commercial judgement and leadership capability.

Expected Experience and Capability

• Significant experience within Internal Audit, Risk, Governance, Controls, Compliance or related GRC advisory
• Strong preference for experience within an established professional-services, consulting or competing advisory practice
• Meaningful UAE/GCC market and client experience
• Proven ability to independently lead complex engagements from planning through delivery and reporting
• Credibility in dealing with senior executives, functional leadership and governance stakeholders
• Strong engagement economics, quality and delivery management capability
• Ability to lead and develop Managers and multidisciplinary engagement teams
• Demonstrated contribution to proposals, business development, account development and new opportunities
• Strong written and executive-level communication capability
• Practical appreciation of how data, analytics, automation and emerging AI tools can enhance IA/GRC delivery
• Bilingual English/Arabic capability advantageous
