Job summary

Wood is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor - E&I for ADNOC Onshore based in Abu Dhabi. The role involves supervising all construction activities by EPC contractors, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, drawings, HSE requirements and project schedules.

The candidate will act as the PMC representative on site to ensure safe, efficient, and quality execution. The ideal candidate has extensive oil and gas construction experience, strong knowledge of API standards, and a track record

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of pipeline construction experience in oil and gas projects.
• 5+ years in a PMC or client representative role.
• ADNOC Onshore project experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of API standards and ADNOC onshore specifications; pipeline welding and NDT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and monitor construction activities by EPC contractors per ADNOC standards.
• Coordinate FEED/EPC contractor from construction through commissioning and handover.
• Review construction/installation plans, procedures, and requirements identified in EPC packages.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and project schedules on site.
• Liaise with ADNOC Onshore PMT and procurement for deliverables and critical path items.
