Job summary

Wood is seeking a Construction Specialist to supervise and coordinate all EPC contractor construction activities on ADNOC Onshore projects in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, HSE requirements, and schedules.

As the PMC representative on site, you will drive safe, efficient, and quality execution of construction works. Ideal candidates bring 10–15 years of pipeline construction experience in oil and gas, with at least 5 years in a PMC or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering or related disciplines.
• 10-15 years of pipeline construction experience in oil and gas projects.
• Minimum 5 years in a PMC or client representative role.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and formulate Construction supervision, management and coordination per FEED/EPC contract.
• Coordinate FEED/EPC Contractor from construction through commissioning and handover.
• Review and input to construction/installation plan and procedures.
• Ensure EPC contractor plans comply with scope of work and requirements.
• Coordinate fabrications at EPC contractor or subcontractor facilities.
• Supervise and inspect contractor work at site per ADNOC Onshore policy.
• Maintain adherence to safety, quality and schedules.
• Identify slippage and recommend corrective actions to EPC contractor.
• Provide construction input to estimates; review designs for constructability.
• Visit facilities/sites to support development of construction activities.
