Job summary

Sourcet in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Projects Foreman to supervise daily site operations on residential or infrastructure projects. You will coordinate construction activities, manage site workers and subcontractors, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and report progress to the Project Manager.

Responsibilities include planning work, maintaining records, supervising materials and equipment, and supporting planning and handover activities.

Qualifications

Five years of experience in construction supervision or as a Project Foreman.
Experience on residential or infrastructure projects is preferred.
UAE experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
Plan and assign work to site personnel to ensure efficient project execution.
Ensure activities comply with drawings, specs, schedules and quality standards.
Monitor progress and report status, delays and site issues to the Project Manager.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers for smooth operations.
Ensure availability of manpower, materials, tools and equipment.
Inspect completed work for compliance with specs and quality standards.
Enforce HSE policies and conduct safety trainings.
Maintain daily site records, attendance and progress reports.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
