Job summary

Reap HR Consultancy is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead daily construction activities on UAE projects. You will oversee multi-trade crews, coordinate subcontractors, ensure adherence to drawings and quality standards, and maintain meticulous site records.

Qualifications

45 years of hands-on experience in the UAE construction industry.
Proven experience managing multi-trade construction sites and coordinating subcontractors.
Strong understanding of drawings, specifications and quality control processes.
UAE driving license and ability to work on-site under varying conditions.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities across multiple trades to align with schedules.
Manage on-site labor teams with task assignments and performance monitoring.
Monitor material delivery, storage and usage to prevent shortages and overruns.
Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with drawings and specs.
Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely execution and resolve conflicts.
Maintain accurate site records, daily reports and safety documentation.
Enforce UAE health, safety and environmental regulations on site.
Identify risks, delays or issues and implement corrective actions.
Act as main liaison between site team, PM, and client representatives.
