Job summary

Careers International is seeking a Construction Supervisor to manage site activities and ensure work adheres to approved drawings and standards. You will coordinate with site personnel and contractors to achieve efficient execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and safety standards.
• Good communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all construction site activities.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor daily productivity and resolve site issues.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports.
• Inspect work for quality and safety compliance.
• Liaise with engineers for clarifications and approvals.
