Job summary

Place-Mint Recruitment Consultancy is seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day civil construction activities in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage site operations, coordinate with engineers and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with approved specifications and safety standards.

Candidates should possess strong knowledge of building construction, particularly in concrete works and site supervision, along with a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. A minimum of 5–10 years of UAE experience is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor in building construction projects in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, masonry, plastering and finishing works.
• UAE construction experience is mandatory.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building construction projects and be capable of supervising manpower, coordinating site activities, and ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and manage workforce activities.
• Ensure all civil and structural works are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and foremen for smooth execution of work.
• Monitor and coordinate concrete works: reinforcement, formwork, shuttering, block work, plastering and finishing works.
• Check proper alignment, levels, dimensions and positioning of structural and architectural elements before and during execution.
• Allocate tasks and supervise site manpower, subcontractors and labor teams.
• Ensure all works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
• Monitor work progress and report daily site activities.
• Manage material usage, site resources and manpower efficiently.

Qualifications
