Job summary

SEE Engineering in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Construction to lead our new projects from planning through execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with quality and safety compliance. This role is site-based and requires managing client and contractor interfaces across multiple disciplines.

You will oversee procurement, risk management, and reporting to senior management, supported by a senior team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
12+ years of project management experience in construction.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and finalize projects on time and within budget.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with objectives.
Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for approvals and reviews.
Oversee procurement, contracts, and vendor negotiations.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
Ensure compliance with QA, health and safety, and regulations.
Conduct regular site visits and meetings to track execution.
Report status, variances, and forecasts to senior management.
