Job summary

Oasis Wellness Oman in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, seeks a Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all phases of construction projects. You will work with contractors, engineers, and architects to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery that meets quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, at least five years of PM experience, and proficiency with project management software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with project management software.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours if needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with the project team.
• Coordinate and manage all phases of the construction process.
• Hire and supervise subcontractors and other construction workers.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project timelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Manage project budgets and make cost-effective decisions.
