Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes and safety regulations.
• Proficient in project management software and coordinating diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage all phases of the construction project from start to finish.
• Develop project timelines, budgets and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors to meet specifications.
• Monitor progress and adjust activities to ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Oversee quality control and safety measures on site.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment for projects.
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding updates and progress reports.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with plans and regulations.
• Resolve conflicts or issues that arise during construction.

We are hiring a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects in Sharjah The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction management excellent leadership and communication skills and the ability to effectively manage a team and ensure timely completion of projects

Responsibilities

• Plan organize and manage all phases of the construction project from start to finish
• Develop project timelines budgets and resource allocation plans
• Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
• Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion within budget
• Oversee quality control and safety measures on site
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding project updates progress reports and any issues that may arise
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with plans and regulations
• Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction process

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
• Strong knowledge of construction processes building codes safety regulations and project management principles
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Salary

The salary for this position is 1200$ per month

Location

This is a full-time job based in Sharjah Indian nationals are preferred for this position but all nationalities are welcome to apply

Experience

No prior experience is required for this role However candidates with previous experience in construction management will be given preference

Working Hours

The working hours for this position are full-time hours 40 hours per week
