Job summary

SEE Engineering seeks an experienced Project Manager – Infrastructure for Sharjah-based road, utilities and drainage projects. You will lead planning through handover, coordinating clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver on time, on budget and to quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10–15 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in infrastructure project management.
• Proven experience in roads, utilities, drainage, earthworks, or similar infrastructure projects.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of road and infrastructure projects from mobilization through handover.
• Prepare execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans for approval.
• Coordinate project team including engineers, planners, site staff and subcontractors.
• Manage contracts, variations, notices, and correspondence at project level.
• Monitor progress, costs, and productivity; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
