Job summary

Jing Hau is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee projects in Sharjah, UAE. You will plan, coordinate, and execute construction initiatives from start to finish, working with contractors, architects, and engineers to meet budget and schedule targets.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 5+ years UAE experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. This is a full-time on-site role in Sharjah with visa transfer options and a focus on safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager in the UAE or similar environment.
• Extensive knowledge of UAE construction processes, materials, methods, and regulations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan construction projects and develop detailed project schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Review project plans and blueprints for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Obtain necessary permits and licenses for construction projects.
• Monitor project progress and keep it within budget.
