Job summary

Maseera in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Project Delivery Assistant to support the Project Manager across scope, cost, quality and safety. You will coordinate the PMC team, Contractors and Designers daily to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to design specifications.

The role requires 8–12 years in construction or project management, with UAE PMC/consultancy experience and familiarity with UAE authority processes. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in construction or project management.
• Minimum 3 years in a PM or deputy PM role.
• UAE PMC/consultancy experience and knowledge of UAE approvals.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in implementing the project execution plan and governance.
• Act as day-to-day contact for Client, Designers, Contractors and authorities.
• Coordinate PMC team and track actions to closure; deputise in meetings.
• Support design development tracking, budgets, programmes and change requests.
• Assist tender prep, bid evaluation and contract award processes.
• Monitor long-lead procurement and flag supply risks.
• Review contractor programmes and verify progress through site visits.
