fäm Properties Dubai is seeking an organized and proactive Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team. You will assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a PMC environment.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.
• Support the Project Manager in managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Monitor project progress and report on performance to ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Help manage project risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Attend site visits, project meetings, and client briefings.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
