Job summary

Go Tech contracting l.l.c is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee construction project delivery in Abu Dhabi. The role requires extensive UAE contracting experience, strong leadership of project teams, and a focus on safety, quality, and timely handover.

You will manage planning, execution, and commercial aspects across multiple sites, coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors while driving operational excellence and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction project management, especially in UAE contracting.
• Proven track record leading large projects from inception to handover.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project execution plans with schedules, resources, procurement, and milestones.
• Oversee lifecycle from planning to handover, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations to meet client expectations.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Lead project teams, conduct performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
