Job summary

Oasis Investment Company (Al Shirawi Group) is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to lead site-based projects in Dubai. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• 8–15 years of construction experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience managing commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage all construction activities on site.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed per approved schedules.
• Manage project budgets, costs, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Resolve construction issues and support timely project completion.
